The mission in Brief...

  • Mission: sourcing, hunting and recruiting multilingual profiles for different departments
  • Location: Offices in Brussels - Auderghem
  • Hybrid working system: min. 1 day/week + homeworking
  • Flexible schedule: min. 20 hrs/week, max 32 hrs/week (depending on your availability)
  • Flexible duration: 2 or 3 or 4 months (depending on your availability)
  • A Freelance contract for a mid-term collaboration
  • An employee short-term contract is also doable

With a constant evolving team, currently composed of 37 employees + 130 freelance staff and, offices in Brussels, for our client we are now looking for a Talent Recruitment Partner available min. 20 hours (max. 32 hrs)/week (freelance, interim or Short-term).

Your mission and responsibilities

Hiring the promising talents is strategic to achieve their ambitions.

 To support their current growth and help them build an all-star team as Talent Recruitment Partner, your responsibilities would include:

  • Partner with the hiring managers to analyse the recruitments needs, define key competencies, draft a job description, propose the best suited recruitment process and coach them on how to assess a candidate potential during job interviews
  • Believing in our vision, you convince the candidates to join our exciting adventure, drive interviews with candidates to discover their background, their drivers, competencies, and unique personality traits and find out how they could match to our company culture and values
  • Draft interview reports and discuss with hiring managers to make sure you are all aligned on the recruitment process and candidates’ assessment
  • When you found the perfect match, negotiate the salary package, and draft the job offer
  • Define an innovative sourcing strategy for you to discover the best talents (schools, training centers, Linkedin, job boards, events, communities, ...).
  • Strengthen our employer branding strategy and enable potential future colleagues to learn about our cherished DNA (corporate videos, social media posting, job fair activity)
  • Develop high class recruitment processes that focus on efficiency, speed, and offer a great candidates experience
  • Assess and implement the best recruitment tools (psychometric tests, ATS, ...)
  • Partner with our Administrative Officer to ensure the best onboarding process before and after arrival
  • As we open the French market, help us recruit on this brand new market (employer branding activities, analyse best job board, school relations, ...)

About you

  • You have relevant experience within sourcing, Headhunting, Recruitment and Selection
  • You have a recruitment strategy and process experience with proven track records
  • You are a passionate HR professional with a large experience in recruiting Managers for a small business with tight deadlines
  • You are result driven - you like to impact the company growth being persistent in attracting and closing the best talents on the job market
  • You are fluent in English with a good command in French and/or Dutch
  • You have strong Emotional Intelligence - the ability to listen actively to people, inspire trust, build partnerships, understand and voice needs
  • You got decision making skills - you act with confidence in your ability to find the right candidate for the right role
  • And strong communication skills - ability to make our vision, projects and company culture outside of We Invest
  • But also, proactive ownership - own your recruitment projects and topics from A to Z.
