The Scope

Our client is a 300 people-staff high-tech company based in the North-East of Brussels.

The company is the BeLux division of an international larger corporation and provide IT solutions to their customers worldwide.

We are looking for a (Senior) End-to-end Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment process for open positions in Belgium & Luxembourg and to provide support for other locations in EMEA upon business need.

Your next challenge and responsibilities

  • Be a part of the EMEA Client Facing recruiting team covering hiring requirements in BeLux.
  • The scope of the role covers end-to-end recruiting processes from Head Count approval, defining profile requirements together with local and international hiring managers, managing relevant direct and in-direct sourcing in the external marketplace, supporting assessment and selection of candidates and handling complex offer negotiations and on-boarding processes at all levels in the organization.
  • The Client Facing Recruiter has a full accountability of the hiring process, to fill vacancies against time, quality and service demands.
  • This involves partnering with relevant business segments to define, plan external sourcing activities and assessment/selection of both internal and external candidates to meet approved headcount requirements

You could be their ideal colleague if

  • You hold a University or Higher Education degree
  • You have an excellent level in English, and you are fluent in French or Dutch with a good command of the other language
  • You have experience in Marketing recruitment and/or Project Management
  • You can manage complex and demanding recruitment massive campaigns across several European countries is preferred
  • You have extensive relevant Recruitment experience, preferably in the high-tech industry
  • You know the recruitment practices, process, and direct search techniques
  • Proven ability to leverage Social Networking tools and sites [Ex: LinkedIn, Google, Xing, Twitter, Facebook] to identify and engage passive candidates
  • You have a large experience in sourcing, passive and active candidate channels, conducting face-to-face & behavioural interviews
  • Proven ability to utilize Internet search techniques across multiple search engine platforms
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills; you are proactive, and customer focused
  • You have learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills
  • Ability to interact with people from a variety of seniority, cultures, and business disciplines
